Elena Kagan reportedly is the impostor in chiefs choice for the Supreme Court. So far, little really is known about the lady. What is known, is that she spent a lot of time in academia. Ivy league schools, and all that.
Considering the anti liberty leftist big government teachings and social activism that has been rampant at such places for so long? I for one am not all that sure that those things are in fact positives. The crotch card is also being played again, and I see that as a negative. Not the fact that she is female but the fact that it is even being touted.
What is the lady’s position on the Bill of Rights? The Constitution? Individual liberty verses Government power? Is she a constructionist or does she believe that a piece of paper breathes? Is she an obama boot licker or can she think for herself, and act on that rather than take marching orders?
Inquiring minds want to know.

I tore down on the dyke, MY opinion, today, as well as her being a Jewish dyke.
Barack Hussein Obama is NOT a fool, he picked a Jewish woman, one rumored to be a lesbian, because he feels no one will have the stones to question her simply because she’s Jewish, and thought by many to be a lesbian.
He knows that no one wants to appear anti-Semitic or less than sexually tolerant, it’s as simple as that. Political Correctness, and the expectation of same, reigns supreme within the Obama White House!

This candidate was picked precisely because of her lack of experience – this way she can simply be directed on how to vote by the Liberal cabal on the Court and they don’t have to worry about her having any opinions on her own.
No big surprise here. She is an ideologue with very little experience with the issues of the “real world”, having led the kind of Ivory Tower life that ensures that she will toe the line when it comes to enforcing the power of the political elites. Interesting in a way – for awhile I was not sure if there was anyone less qualified than Obama to be in a position to ruin America, but he has actually managed to clone himself with this pick.
