Buttered popcorn and Budweiser beer

The Supremo’s have decided to take a look at Obama, and his constitutional qualifications as regards becoming the President of the United States. Given the courts propensity to buck real issues I have serious doubts that the Black Crows will do anything substantial.

Yes, on occasion they do actually accomplish something. However, it is most often a half baked attempt. That goes double if it truly is a constitutional issue. The recent D.C. gun control case is a perfect example. It only applies to D.C. while still leaving the door wide open for further oppression by those that know how to take care of all of us better then we ourselves do.

For my part I think that I will sit with a bowl of buttered popcorn and a Budweiser while I watch the show.

Hey Patrick, at another website they were arguing that it is unconstitutional for the courts to have anything to do with this birth certificate thing. One of my senators here also made the same argument and went on to tell me that my request to have him do something (which is Constitutional – we have to get at least one Senator and one Congressperson to question Obama’s eligibility) will not be followed through and that he plans to support Obama since the people voted him in and that it was the voters’ job to properly vet him. That may all be true, but when one thinks of the numbskulls who voted for Obama, can we honestly say he was properly vetted? My Senator, Mel Martinez, is a dope anyway and announced he is retiring to spend more time with his family – the truth is his approval ratings are way low and polls show he would not win re-election. He is a RINO who is a big time amnesty supporter.

Hmmm… It’s our job, but..? Plain folks had no standing… sounds like balderdash to me.
Your Senator can’t find a way to dazzle you, so he chooses to baffle you with bullshit…

Sounds like a RINO to me.

The courts always stick their noses into things. What would be so different about this?

email me your Senators name etc… Perhaps a little heat in the seat might get that frog to hop…

Patrick, I’m going to post his letter on my blog. He’s Mel Martinez. At least I got a response from him for my request that he vet Obama. My other Senator never responded. Leo Donofrio seems to have a good case coming before the SCOTUS tomorrow, but I have little faith in this getting taken care of.
