Colorado: HB 1180

COLORADO: Pro-Gun Bill to be Heard in House Judiciary Committee Next Week! At 1:30 p.m. on Monday, February 16, the House Judiciary Committee will hear House Bill 1180. HB 1180, sponsored by State Representative Steve King (R-54) will exempt Colorado concealed handgun permit holders from the background check requirement for the transfers of a firearm.  Please contact the members of the House Judiciary Committee and urge them to support this important piece of legislation.
