Yet another obamanite failure: Eric Holder

While the nations eyes were seemingly glued to the health care debacle the ruptured ducks were hard at work insulting America, and Americans elsewhere.

I have written about Eric Holder before. He is a man who has no business in law period. Much less being the nations top attorney.

What follows pretty much made me sick. I didn’t lose kinsfolk in the attacks of September eleventh as the author did. However, those of us in emergency services are one big family, and yes, we lost a lot of our own that day.

By DAVID BEAMER

On Wednesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee met to question Attorney General Eric Holder about his decision to prosecute Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four others in criminal courts rather than military tribunals. As the father of Todd Beamer, who died on United Airlines Flight 93, I was able to attend that hearing. What transpired caused me great concern and shook my confidence in our current administration.

A final observation: During the proceedings a young lady, dutifully attentive, sat with a stack of paper about 15 inches high on her lap. The papers contained names, single spaced, of some 100,000 people who signed a letter in opposition to this decision. This young woman, Jill Regan, lost her dad, Donald J. Regan, FDNY of the Bronx, who died trying to save others on 9/11. Sen. Jeff Sessions (R., Al.) asked that those names be entered into the record at the end of the session. It was agreed, but by that time the chairmen and most of the Democrats were already gone. I grieved for her—and for all of us—anew.

Mr. Beamer is the father of Todd Beamer, who died on United Airlines Flight 93 on 9/11

Mr. Beamer’s comments are much too soft. They can still remain civil but bear out his convictions in a stronger manner. Several of our freedom fighters in arms; however, lack that ability.

Thank you, Patrick, for posting on this essential topic. In my similar post, I am just disgusted. The only reason there’s no rioting in the streets and buildings are not set ablaze is because we’re not some third world nation of anarchists. God help us not come to that because of this administration.

Well Lisa, I am of a mind that he softened things for two reasons. First, WSJ is not known for publishing what could easily have been a verbal bomb throwing. Second, grief can,and often is brought right back to it’s worse manifestations when such vivid reminders are present. Chuck Schumer was especially insulting IMO.

Yeah I think that piece sums up a lot of peoples well placed feelings and concerns.
I’ll second your emergency service comment too Patrick seeing as I was an EMT/Paramedic for a decade plus. I did an internship in Harlem and found the (then)NYCEMS and NYPD to be a great bunch of folks.

Good to go Alfie! I did twenty years plus in the Denver area as an EMT / Paramedic. I did my fair share of tough scenes, but 9 / 11 had to take the cake.

Eric Holder is a dip! Obama and Eric Holder has been out to bring the gitmo terrorist to American soil from the very begining and I feel they have a purpose in mind and that is to allow the terrorist to comdemn America in front of her people!

I believe that you are on to something with that GTP, as well as to cripple American Intelligence efforts in the future.
