An Obama assessment requires us to think broadly. Indeed, tactical, operational, and at the strategic level. The tactical we have seen through the election process, and the operational unfolds before us within the so-called “stimulus” boondoggle that is little more than payback for key sponsors of the tactical portion of the over all strategy.
